All of our appointments are offered via Skype from my office in London, which means you can have your sessions in a place where you feel comfortable. You will need to have a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone which has Skype installed.

We offer a free 15-minute initial consultation to provide you with information about CBT and to discuss whether CBT is the right therapy for you. If you decide that you would like to try CBT, we will then arrange any ongoing appointments. Ongoing sessions are usually 50-minutes long.

We would like you to pay for the appointment in advance via PayPal or a money transfer. We can give you more details about this during our initial consultation.
