I am a Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people to improve how they are feeling. My approach is to work together with you so we have a joint understanding about what might be keeping you feeling stuck and to find more helpful ways to deal with the difficult feelings you are experiencing.

I have specialist training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy completing a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT from The Royal Holloway University of London. I also have special interest in mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

I have had over 9 years of experience working for the National Health Service in the UK and in that time I have worked in a range of services for both children and young people and adults, helping them to overcome difficulties such as: depression and low mood, stress and anxiety, self-esteem and confidence, sleeping problems, weight issues, and a range of anxiety disorders (Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Specific Phobias, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Hoarding, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder).

I am registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and as a Cognitive-Behavioural Therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP).
